Key Responsibilities
-
Configure and support SAP FI & CO modules in line with business requirements.
-
Handle end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP FICO processes.
-
Manage and support core FI components including:
-
GST / Taxation
-
Automatic Payment Program (APP)
-
Electronic Bank Reconciliation (EBR)
-
Asset Accounting
-
General Ledger Accounting
-
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
-
Financial Closing Process
-
-
Work on CO functionalities including:
-
Cost Center Accounting
-
Profit Center Accounting
-
Internal Orders
-
Product Costing
-
Profitability Analysis (COPA)
-
-
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
-
Coordinate with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.

Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with:
-
MM (Materials Management)
-
PP (Production Planning)
-
SD (Sales & Distribution)
-
-
Assist in troubleshooting system issues and provide timely resolutions.
-
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
-
Coordinate with ABAP team for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
-
Conduct user training and prepare process documentation/SOPs.
-
Support SAP audits, compliance, and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Strong knowledge of SAP FI & CO configuration.
-
Hands-on experience in:
-
GST / Indian Taxation
-
APP
-
EBR
-
Financial Accounting processes
-
Costing and COPA
-
-
Good understanding of SAP CO sub-modules.
-
Basic understanding of ABAP debugging preferred.
-
Strong integration knowledge with MM, PP, and SD modules.
-
Experience in manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry processes will be highly preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
-
SAP FICO Certification preferred.
-
Experience in S/4HANA environment will be an added advantage.
-
Knowledge of pharma/manufacturing compliance and costing processes preferred.
Educational Qualification
-
MBA / B.Com / M.Com / B.Tech with relevant SAP FICO experience.
