Role Overview:

The Executive - Marketing Chemicals will be responsible for driving marketing and sales efforts for chemical products in the domestic market. The role requires strong B2B sales acumen, effective client relationship management, and strategic execution of marketing plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing and Sales:
    • Identify and target potential customers for chemical products in the domestic market.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance current business and explore new business opportunities.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. 
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Address customer queries, provide product information, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
    • Regularly meet clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and present periodic sales and marketing reports to the designated members.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.
  4. Sales Operations:
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
  5. Reporting, Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
    • Manage and maintain proper documentation for contracts, agreements, and other legal formalities.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  6. Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
    • Participate in team meetings to align strategies and share insights on market trends.
