Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Marketing:

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our range of APIs within the Indian market.
    • Support the Marketing team by providing marketing collateral and assisting in customer presentations.
  2. Cross Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal teams to ensure alignment.
    • Understanding customer needs and feedback, incorporating insights into marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  3. Customer Dealing:

    • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide information on product availability, pricing, and technical specifications.
    • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations, orders, and product availability.
    • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely dispatch of products and resolve any delivery issues.
  4. Customer Related Work:

    • Manage customer accounts including order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
    • Coordinate internally to ensure timely processing of purchase orders (POs) and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.\
  5. Data Analysis and Presentation:

    • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings from market analysis, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of API marketing concepts is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
