Job Role: The role is responsible for supporting and executing the Company's Investor Relations and Corporate Communications initiatives. The incumbent will contribute to developing and disseminating consistent corporate messaging, preparing investor communication materials, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and strengthening the Company's visibility among investors, analysts, media, regulators, employees, and other stakeholders. The role will also support communication of the Company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, ESG commitments, regulatory milestones, and business achievements to enhance transparency, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and reinforce the Company's positioning in the capital markets.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Investor Relations (IR)
    1. Support engagement with institutional investors, retail investors, analysts, proxy advisors and financial media.
    2. Assist in planning and coordinating earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, conferences and investor events.
    3. Prepare investor communication materials including quarterly presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, AGM content, investor decks, factsheets and FAQs.
    4. Prepare and manage digital investor communications through the Company's website, stock exchange disclosures, investor presentations, ESG updates and other investor communication platforms to enhance investor engagement and corporate visibility.
    5. Plan and coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and capital markets days.
    6. Monitor and analyse industry developments, peer benchmarks, and shareholder feedback to provide strategic insights.
    7. Monitor peer disclosures, pharma sector developments, and investor feedback for strategic benchmarking.
    8. Maintain investor databases, engagement records and periodic MIS reports for management.
  2. Corporate Communications
    1. Support execution of the Company's internal and external communication strategy across print, digital and social media platforms.
    2. Draft press releases, speeches, newsletters, website content, social media content and other corporate communication materials.
    3. Coordinate internal communication initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with the Company's vision and values.
    4. Manage the Company's digital communication channels, including the corporate website, social media platforms and other digital media, to strengthen brand visibility, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation.
    5. Ensure consistency of corporate branding and messaging across all communication platforms and materials.
    6. Support communication relating to ESG initiatives, sustainability achievements, regulatory milestones, material business development and corporate announcements.

Qualifications:

    1. Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in communications, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
    2. Good understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investor expectations and pharma and chemical industry.
    3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skill,
    4. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
    5. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
    6. Proficiency in in MS Office / PowerPoint, experience with IR platforms and design tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) would be an advantage.

 

Experience: 5-7 Years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate communications, PR or financial analysis, preferably with a listed company.

    3. Proficient in MS Office/PowerPoint; familiarity with IR platforms and Canva/InDesign preferred.
