- Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering the company’s narrative to both internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will be responsible for and support the company’s corporate communication and investor relations function and take initiatives to highlight the company’s achievements, regulatory milestones, ESG commitments, and financial performance to enhance transparency, build trust among investors, analysts, media, and internal stakeholders and support the company’s positioning in the capital markets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations (IR):
- Act as liaison for institutional and retail investors, analysts, financial media and other market participants.
- Develop and execute investor engagement plans with capital market expectations.
- Create compelling investor materials that reflect R&D progress, regulatory approvals, capacity expansions, and product pipelines.
- Prepare and manage investor materials: earnings releases, quarterly presentations, annual reports, AGM Content, investor decks, and SEBI -mandated disclosures.
- Plan and coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and capital markets days.
- Monitor and analyze industry developments, peer benchmarks, and shareholder feedback to provide strategic insights to management.
- Ensure timely, accurate and compliant disclosures in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and other applicable laws.
- Monitor peer company disclosures, pharma sector developments, and investor feedback for strategic benchmarking.
- Provide timely MIS reports and investor insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Corporate Communications:
- Drive communication strategy showcasing the company’s messaging strategy across all internal and external platforms (press releases, media interactions, website, social media, etc.).
- Drive internal communication initiatives to promote employee alignment with company goals and culture.
- Prepare press releases and manage communications during any sensitive events.
- Handle media relations and coordinate interviews, briefings, and coverage management. Manage digital presence and creation of content for the same that enhances the company’s visibility and brand image.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines across internal and external communications.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in communications, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate communications, PR or financial analysis, in a public listed company.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investor expectations and pharma business model and regulatory framework.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Skilled in MS Office / PowerPoint, experience with IR platforms and design tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) is an advantage.
