Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, agitators, gearboxes, centrifuges, blowers, heat exchangers, valves, pipelines, reactors, ANFD,ANF, Blenders, ATFE,and utility systems.

• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.

• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new mechanical equipment and systems.

• Maintain and repair HVAC mechanical components, compressed air systems, and water systems 

• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with cGMP, GEP (Good Engineering Practices), and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in logbooks, checklists, and maintenance management systems .

• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives for repetitive failures or chronic issues.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams during audits and routine inspections.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the maintenance workshop and comply with 5S and safety standards.

• Follow and enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work, and other safety procedures.
